OXmaint maintenance management new release has a completely new home screen including AI enabled message board. A new maintenance screen is designed to enable proactive maintenance, reducing downtime, and extending the lifecycles of assets. All leading to improved machine performance.
Work order management : Assign, comment and track the status of order is key change in this release. Build work orders with complete asset information, due date, priority and tasks. New maintenance planning screen includes the maintenance team member list, and tasks related to maintenance order.
Maintenance Request : Generate QR codes is available in Oxmaint app. Anyone can report a maintenance issue by scanning the QR code and you get immediate email notification of new request along with entry in your Oxmaint portal.
Preventive Maintenance management : New feature to schedule repeatable tasks for your assets. Automatic order creation when it’s time to conduct the planned maintenance service. This effortlessly creates a preventive maintenance program with easy-to-build, custom standard operating procedures and maintenance schedules. Track completion rates on PMs and work orders in one place, in real-time.
